Sweet Christmas Confection
very easy to make!
1 kilo oat meals
½ kilo icing sugar
½ kilo soft margarine (or more, the dough should not be
dry)
200 grams cocoa powder
Almond extract and rum extract (as much as you like)*
- Knead all the ingredients
- Roll balls (diameter around 2-3 cm)
- Roll the balls in cocoa, icing sugar, desiccated coconut or
some sprinkles - just what you like :
- Leave the balls in the fridge
*It is possible to use real rum instead of the extract. In that
case you must use less margarine for the dough not to get too
soft
